Also seen in the photo are Course Leaders, Transcendental Meditation Sidhi Programme Administrators, the National Director of Chile, and Dr Richard Tucker-Loero. Dr Tucker is the Chancellor of the 40,000-student Lutirla University where these new Teachers will be teaching all of the students Transcendental Meditation to create invincibility for Venezuela.
